The importance of good sleep should not be underestimated. Throughout life sleep is essential for learning, health, and well-being. Sleep not only effects us, but also how we perceive and interact with others. We have been involved in sleep research since 2000. Addressing questions such as how do we sleep, how is our sleep associated with our psychological traits and abilities, and how this varies between us.
